Haines Street Townhouses
The architecture of the Academy Haines Street townhouses is thoughtful, locally sensitive and future focused, combining the character of North Melbourne with contemporary design in this limited collection of seventeen homes.
Thoughtfully designed in terms of scale, layout and finishes, each four bedroom townhouse is practical and flexible, while remaining beautifully serene. Large kitchens and living spaces open onto ground floor courtyards. At the upper levels, separate zones for adults and children, multiple bathrooms and the space to work from home, will accommodate households of all ages – ensuring that these are homes to grow with, not outgrow.
